A rug conceived as a love note and apology which was never sent. Rich in forgotten symbolism. Perhaps something to do with the complexities of relationships and the impossibility of truly understanding another subjective consciousness. It is a personal favourite of the designer as it was once complimented in passing by an artist they particularly admire. It required quite a lot of development to be realised in a well-integrated mix of pile and flatweave.
